Beer Description
Belgian brassic masterpiece by St. Feuillien. Rich aroma with a unique combination (floral, herbaceous and citrus) of aromatic hops, malt, white bread, spices (clove and coriander) and typical fruity bouquet (apple, pear and banana) from fermentation. Medium-robust body, medium saturation. Very well balanced on the palate, it reveals a firm but smooth and elegant flavor strength with tones of biscuity malt, spicy Belgian yeast, fruit, citrus and an herbaceous hop bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden. Long dry finish and exceptionally persistent aftertaste where we find fruity, herbaceous and spicy notes.
